4 Deposits & Payments

Third-Party Deposits

Any deposit made from a payment source not registered in your own name will be flagged for review. pp999 reserves the right to return such deposits and suspend the account pending investigation. This policy exists to protect players from unauthorised use of their payment accounts.

5 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts registered in your name.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account.
pp999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts.

pp999 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. However, processing times are also subject to the timelines of the receiving payment provider. Delays caused by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank processing windows are outside of pp999's direct control.

Withdrawal Holds

pp999 reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to investigate the account for potential fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. You will be notified if your withdrawal is placed under review and provided with an estimated timeframe for resolution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pp999 offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered:

Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, Slot Games, Live Casino games and Fish Games may each contribute at different rates, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The pp999 Sports section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

Bets are accepted and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
pp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been abandoned, postponed beyond the stated rescheduling window, or affected by a technical error in the odds display.
In the event of a result being disputed, pp999's decision — made with reference to official match data and scorecards — will be final.
Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by sport, market and event. These are displayed within the betting interface.
Live betting markets (in-play) are offered on selected events. Bets placed on live markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for data feed latency.
Bets placed after the official start of an event — in markets that are not designated as live/in-play — will be voided.

For Cricket specifically, the result used for settlement is the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament governing body. DLS-adjusted results are accepted as official for settlement purposes in rain-affected matches.

8 Casino & Games

The pp999 Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games and Game Lobby operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer environments, depending on the game type. The following terms apply:

All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results. pp999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, pp999's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any affected round. The result recorded by the server is final.
Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before entering game rooms, particularly for Live Casino tables where disconnections may result in auto-actions being applied by the game system.

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pp999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match-fixing.
At the player's own request as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming decision.
Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Where an account is closed at pp999's discretion due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account after relevant checks.

Voided Bets & Technical Errors
